Klar, ist ja schön, wenn es jemanden interessiert... die Arbeit hier reinzustellen, wäre zwar ein bisschen lang, aber ich kann ja mal die Liste an Soundtracks, in denen Gitarre vorkommt, die ich noch erweitert habe, reinstellen. In der Arbeit geht es dann eigentlich eher um bestimmte Spieltechniken, also wie gehen die Komponisten mit der Gitarre um und was für eine Rolle im Ensemble hat sie.. blablabla...

Würde mich aber nicht auf mit dem Oscar, Globe u./o. BAFTA ausgezeichnete Scores festlegen.
Das mache ich auch nicht strikt, es ist nur für gut sich im Umfang zu begrenzen (ist ja immerhin nur eine Diplomarbeit
) und außerdem dadurch zu sehen, wie viel Prozent der nominierten Soundtracks denn überhaupt Gitarre beinhaltet. -
In der Tat - und das findet man auch mal mit der Boardsuche.
...ich hatte "Gitarre" im Suchfeld eingegeben und es nicht gefunden, aber danke, der Thread ist super!

ich schreibe gerade meine Diplomarbeit über "Die Gitarre in der Filmmusik" und habe jetzt diese Soundtracks gefunden, bei denen Gitarre dabei ist (ich betrachte größtenteils Filmmusik ab 2000, die Oscar, BAFTA, Grammy oder Golden Globe nominiert war... und muss noch einiges durchhören!)

Mir fällt zu dem Thema sofort "No country for old men" von Carter Burwell ein, aber davon gibt es, ich glaub, nicht mal eine CD...für 1x end credits von 3:56 min lohnt sich das wahrscheinlich nicht wirklich....

Tolle Mischung.. zwei davon kenne ich (Village & Geisha).. wie kann man denn am besten Children of Men beschreiben..?
Nebenbei Titanic muss dir nicht peinlich sein.. ist doch ein toller Score
hm, also "Children of men" beinhaltet ein paar klassische Stücke von Penderecki, Mahler usw. und die Kompositionen von Tavener sind auch sehr "klassisch" im Sinne von Kunstmusik - sehr viel lange Streicher und dazu Sologesang - klingt teilweise sakral und insgesamt sehr ruhig und melancholisch. Es ist leider nicht so perfekt eingespielt, wie man das von Filmmusik erwartet und manche Solisten singen halt einfach mal etwas daneben, aber die Stücke an sich berühren mich sehr. Das beste Stück ist "Fragments of a prayer" - wenn du 15 min Zeit und Ruhe hast, kannst du dir das ja mal anhören!
Und wegen Titanic - danke
, das finde ich auch, aber ich hab immer den Eindruck, dass viele Horner irgendwie geringschätzen, gerade in so einem Expertenforum... aber ist ja schön, hier auch Gleichgesinnte zu haben-

auch wenn ich mich niemals von Road to Perdition, A Beautiful Mind, Lord of the Rings und auch wenns peinlich ist, von Titanic trennen könnte - das sind dann wahrscheinlich doch die wichtigsten:

Scores mit Gitarre

Tja, darum ging es mir eben auch, Scores zu finden, bei denen das nicht so offensichtlich ist - natürlich verbindet man mit The Artist und War Horse sofort einen rein orchestralen Sound, aber bei The Artist in Track 3 kommt z.B. die Gitarre mit einer Backbeat-Schlagbegleitung vor (etwas im Hintergrund, aber schon gut zu hören) und bei War Horse in Track 10 bei 1:52 hat sie auch mal kurz die Melodie... es sind auch 2 Gitarristen im Booklet aufgeführt, also kann man davon ausgehen, dass es stimmt. Allerdings ist das auch nicht immer so - bei W./E. stehen im Booklet alle Solisten schön drin außer der Gitarrist, obwohl der auch ne Solostimme hat... hm, naja
Aber ich hab auch nicht alles komplett durchgehört, was auf der Liste steht - wenn ich eine Filmografie eines Studiogitarristen habe und da stehen etliche Filme dabei, bei denen er mitgewirkt hat, dann habe ich meistens nur kurz reingehört und mich manchmal auch darauf verlassen, dass es stimmt.
