Für denjenigen, der Lust und Zeit hat (und natürlich an dem Tag auch in Berlin ist), ist das vielleicht interessant.

Mahlzeit, dann leiste ich auch mal meinen Beitrag zum Ursprung dieses Threads: Nun gibt es ja nicht nur das Finanzamt, das einem als "Privatverkäufer" mit seinen Steuergesetzen und Programmen wie "XSpider" auf Internetplattformen wie eBay oder Amazon an die Wäsche will. Die Steuergesetze sind ja in Deutschland nur eine Seite der Medaille. Die andere Seite ist das Wettbewerbsrecht, das sich in diversen Gesetzen wiederfindet. Hier geht es grob gesagt darum, daß Gewerbetreibende untereinander die gleichen Grundvoraussetzungen haben sollen. Die Überwachung des Ganzen erfolgt hier allerdings weniger von Seiten des Staates, als vielmehr durch die Gewerbetreibenden selbst, die sich dann gerne als Internet-Sheriffs betätigen und möglichen privaten Konkurrenten einen Abmahnanwalt auf den Hals hetzen, wobei es auch schon Anwaltskanzleien gibt, die selbständig nach Opfern suchen, die sie abmahnen können. Das scheint ein lukratives Geschäft zu sein. Man muß sich immer vergegenwärtigen, daß man sich auf Plattformen wie eBay und Amazon praktisch auf dem Präsentierteller befindet. Der Spruch "Der Mensch ist dem Menschen ein Wolf" trifft hier leider voll ins Schwarze. Und noch was zur mir persönlich: Meine erste Filmmusik war "Der Profi" (1981). Meine Soundtrack-Sammlung (zu über 99 % Scores) besteht aus mehr als 81 m CDs und knapp 13 m LPs (bei der Sammlungsgröße rechne ich nur noch in Metern). Mein Forumsname hier ist also (fast) Programm.

Am Sonntag, 02.03.2014, findet in Berlin-Tegel, Wilkestr. 1 eine Filmbörse statt. Soundtracks gibt's da, ehrlich gesagt, eher weniger. Zumindest stehe ich da mit ca. 500 gebrauchten Soundtrack-CDs (davon großer Teil Scores). Ansonsten findet man dort sehr viele DVDs und Blu-rays, die man nicht bei Media-Markt oder Saturn bekommt (größtenteils aus dem Bereich Horror). Also, falls der eine oder andere Zeit hat: einfach mal vorbeikommen.
