Neuer Auftrag für Pino Donaggio

 

This week, Pino Donaggio has recorded his score for the upcoming horror thriller Patrick. The film directed by Mark Hartley is a re-imagining of the 1970’s Australian chiller of the same title about a comatose hospital patient who harasses and kills through his powers of telekinesis to claim his private nurse as his own. Jason Gallagher stars in the title role, along with Sharni Vinson, Rachel Griffiths and Charles Dance. Justin King has written the screenplay and Antony I. Ginnane is producing the project. Donaggio’s score was recorded in Studio CNSO in Prague. Patrick is set to premiere at the Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF) this summer and will be released in Australia in September. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
