Ich konnte Marco auch gesammten 1.Film nicht raushören, der Musik Stil war mir eher unbekannt. Aber ein Fehler beim Vorspann wäre mir aber auch komisch.

Ja das wird er auch: Bande originale de film: Mesrine en CD album: tous les disques à la Fnac Zudem ist mir aufgefallen, dass Marco im vorspann des 1.Teils nur Exective Music Producer geführt, bei der Originalmusik wird der Name Eloi Painchaud geführt. Hat Marco dann nur den 2. Teil gemacht ?

W. Oliver Stone inszeniert das Leben des 43. US Präsidenten George W. Bush. Daraus ist eine sehr gut gelungene und realistische Polit Satire geworden. Die Schauspieler präsentieren sich von ihrer besten Seite, allen voran Josh Brolin als W. und Richard Dreyfuss als sein Vize Dick Cheney. Immer wieder nett anzusehn sind die Vater-Sohn Konflikte und die Kabinettssitzungen, die mit nettem Humor inszeniert sind. Paul Cantelons Score ist sehr im Hintergrund gehalten und fällt in der 1. Hälfte des Films nur sehr selten auf, dafür ist seine Arbeit dennoch sehr gut. Ich kann den Film nur weiterempfehlen, hat mir sehr viel Spaß bereitet.

W. ~ Paul Cantelon Selbst wenn es nur 5 Tracks sind, hörenswert sind diese allemal. Sehr Abwechslungsreich und dramatisch geht Paul Cantelon hier vor, vom kurzen Klavier intro über ein schönes melodisch mit etwas Country flair klingendes E-Gitarren/Streicher Stück, einem Scherzhaften Französichen Akkordeon Walzer, hin zu dem Dramatischen Track "War" wo sein Stil am deutlichsten zu erkennen ist. "War" erinnert und ist sehr nah an Thema aus "The Other Boleyn Girl" angelehnt, das Zusammenspiel von Streicher und Klavier funktioniert sehr schön dramatisch und gibt einem hier wirklich eine Gänsehaut. Ich bin von dem Score stark Beeindruckt. 6/6
