Varese Sarabande will release a soundtrack album for the animated feature Gamba. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Benjamin Wallfisch (The Escapist, Dear Wendy, Desert Dancer, Summer in February) who recorded his score with a full orchestra at Abbey Road Studios. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, October 9 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Gamba directed by Tomohiro Kawamura & Yoshihiro Komori and executive produced by Ari Arad (X-Men, Spider-Man) is based on the Japanese children’s book The Adventures of Gamba. The movie follows Gamba, a town mouse with a brave, adventurous spirit who decides to go on an adventure to discover the ocean. The animated feature will be released in Japan on October 10 and in the U.S. in early 2016.
