The second season of the hit series The Tudors centers on the politics of King Henry VIIIs rule and his role as the head of his own Church of England, which leads to the expulsion of Catherine of Aragon as Anne becomes Henrys new Queen. The Tudors presents the rarely dramatized, tumultuous early years of King Henry VIII's nearly 40 year, omnipotent reign (1509-1547). In addition to his famous female consorts and 20+ year marriage to Catherine of Aragon to the infamous dalliance with Anne Boleyn, the series delves into Henry's most notable political relationship and the deconstruction of the Roman Catholic Church in England.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers returns as Henry VIII, and Natalie Dormer is back as Anne Boleyn. The cast also features Jeremy Northam as Sir Thomas More, Henry Cavill as Charles Brandon, Maria Doyle Kennedy as Queen Catherine, Nick Dunning as Boleyn, James Frain as Thomas Cromwell, and Peter OToole as Pope Paul III.

Composer Trevor Morris, who received an Emmy Award for the striking theme, brings a suitably heightened air of intrigue to his score for the second season. Tudors fans rejoice! The long-awaited Season 2 album is coming!

jedesmal schaue ich hier rein, wenn da steht, dass Varese wieder was released und jedsmal bin ich enttäuscht, weil LOST nicht dabei ist. AAAAAAAAAAAARGGGHHH!!!!!

Die letzte Veröffentlichung war so genial, da muss es weiter gehen ...

Aber die Tudors wurden diesmal echt in die länge gezogen, is schon fast doppelt so gross wie der erste. Wundere mich immer wie man es schafft 40 Tracks auf ein Back Cover zu bringen
