Ach, na ja Becks Score hat eh kaum eine Rolle beim Film gespielt, weshalb es mich wundert, dass überhaupt was kommt. Es waren die Songs, die in Erinnerung bleiben.

Die CD wird übrigens knapp 50 Minuten lang sein.

MovieScore Media wird am 5. Januar David Julyans Score zu The Descent Part 2 auf CD und bald schon bei iTunes, etc. veröffentlichen. Auch, wenn der Film total unnötig und keinen Sinn macht, zumindest basierend auf der europäischen Version des ersten Teils, so freue ich mich auf den Score, da ich den zum ersten Teil mochte.

Nachdem zunächst Ilan Eshkeri (Stardust, Ninja Assassin) bei Matthew Vaughns Comicverfilmung Kick Ass durch Marius DeVries ersetzt wurde, wird letzterer nun durch John Murphy (Sunshine, 28 Days/Weeks Later, Armored) ersetzt. Quelle: John Murphy

Jup so ist es. Das Main Theme gibt's bald bei mir auf der Seite zu hören, dauert aber noch bis nach Weihnachten. Derzeit keine Zeit...

Wieso versinken? Newmarket Films hat sich die Rechte für den US-Markt gesichert und ist somit der einzige Verleiher in den USA, der an den Film glaubt. Das erste offizielle Screening war letzte Woche, wodurch sich der Film schon einmal der Golden Globe-Jury präsentieren konnte und der reguläre Start ist für Anfang 2010 angedacht. Chris Score wird auch schon für Awards gepuscht. Auf der Website gibt's doch genug Infos. Ist halt ein kleiner Film, der nicht so ein Werbebudget hat wie 2012, Transformers oder dergleichen.

Ich würde eher Matchstick Men sagen.

Das war als noch John Singelton (2 Fast 2 Furious & Four Brothers) an einer Filmversion arbeitete.

Wenn dann aber nur der 2. und/oder 3. Teil, den 4. gab's leider nie auf CD, ist also gemäß dem Deal zwischen LLL und Warner aus dem Rennen. Leider, ist und bleibt einer meiner Lieblingsscore zur LW-Serie.

Vom Prinzip her ist damals bei der von Varése geplanten CD zu LUCKY YOU (C. Young) nichts anderes passiert. Im Film ist kaum Score drin geblieben und schwups wurde auch die Score CD gestrichen. Dass die CD zu Zimmers Score gestrichen wurde, hat nur indirekt mit Nancy Meyers zu tun. Sie hat zwar offensichtlich fast die ganze Musik gestrichen/ersetzt, aber die Streichung der CD hat jemand anders entschieden.
