Ich habe eigentlich gar nichts verglichen. Wenn überhaupt bezog ich mich nur auf die Action in den o. g. Filmen.

Genau! Bei dieser Geschwindigkeit wird der nächste Titel kommen, wenn es Disney schon gar nicht mehr gibt, jedenfalls nicht als Solo-Konzern.

Naja, die Namen der Schauspieler sind verschwunden, dafür stehen jetzt die der Komponisten groß drauf. Ein anderes Bild hätte ich gar nicht gewollt, weil dies das Hauptmotiv ist. Es gibt m. W. sowieso nicht allzu viele Alternativen. Bei mir war es zwar nicht der erste Soundtrack auf CD, dafür jedoch der siebente oder achte. Auch ich habe an diesen Film und Score ganz besondere Erinnerungen, insbesondere die, daß man die Äktschn aus "Lethal Weapon" oder "Stirb langsam" noch steigern konnte. Und der Score tat sein übriges, denn etwas in dieser Art hatte ich bis dahin gar nicht gehört. Das hat damals in Berlin im Kino geROCKt (Ha! Ha! Wordgame 😀 ). Und auch auf Video lief der dreimal im Jahr. War nur recht kompliziert, an die FSK18-Version ranzukommen. Das Höralbum kann ruhig mit dabeisein, weil meine CD doch schon einige Kratzer hat und ich nicht sicher bin, ob die überhaupt noch richtig läuft. Noch gespannter bin ich jedoch auf die fehlenden Stücke, denn das alte Album war wirklich schon gut, so daß mir von der Musik nichts einfallen will, was damals auf dem Album gefehlt haben soll.

Wäre das schlimm? Ist doch das Original-Kinoposter und hängt immer noch bei mir an der Wand.

Den Laden möchte ich sehen, der das heutzutage noch macht. Zoll sollte aber in den o.g. Fällen gar nicht fällig sein, weil ich mir nicht vorstellen kann, daß eine CD aus Amiland selbst mit Porto 150,00 Euro übersteigt. So sollte m. W. eigentlich nur die Einfuhrumsatzsteuer fällig sein, die aber auch recht beträchtlich sein kann. Dazu noch diese Ausgabenwillkürgebühr der Post und man zahlt ca. ein Drittel des Warenwerts zusätzlich noch drauf.

Das klingt so, als wäre das etwas für Stefan. (Hat er aber wahrscheinlich schon alles.) Limitiert auf 500 Stück. Ist aber gutes Zeug dabei. Mal sehen... The 1960s and ’70s boasted an unmistakable flair for memorable tunes, great thematic variations and scores that could work exceptionally well on an album, away from their respective films. In fact, the large number of great scores tied to barely known movies has become the bane of soundtrack producers as there are so many wonderful scores that go unheard due to the relative obscurity of the pictures or the composers. Even if we were to release three or four titles each month, it would be decades before we could close the book on the great archives of Italian film music. For this reason, Quartet Records aims to speed up the process and offer it at a reasonable price with its new collection of multi-CD sets dedicated to the Italian Silver Age. Vielleicht werde ich mal genauer in die Musik reinhören. Vom Film war aber auch ich nicht begeistert.

Einer meiner Lieblingsscores. Warum weiß ich nicht. Aber an dem Film stimmt eigentlich alles.

Wird Peters Wertung (0/10) für den Film wohl aber auch nicht mehr ändern.

Du bist ja auch spezieller als ich. Das werde ich mir im Leben nicht anhören. Ohne Dur und Moll nehme ich Musik nicht für voll. Habe einmal so einen Schönberg-Walzer gespielt. Nie wieder!!!

Ralf hat mehr Goldsmith, als ich an Soundtracks überhaupt mein Eigen nennen darf. Aber ihm scheint "Jagd auf Roter Oktober" zu fehlen. Ist doch ein toller Score von Poledouris.

Danke, Scorefun. Wenn ich Deinen Bilausschnitt aus dem Regal richtig deute, vermute ich mehrere Meter allein an Filmmusik-CDs bei Dir. Wieviel hast Du? Und wieviel Du, Peter? Ich nehme an, ich bin mit meinen 260 (bald 261 😀 ) CDs ziemlich weit hinten.

Satire? War nicht so beabsichtigt. Ist auch nicht nötig, denn dafür sorgt MV schon genug. (Ich sollte wohl mal wieder mehr im FSM-Forum lesen, wenn ich richtig lachen will.) Und wo und von wem wurdest Du abgeputzt?

Da hat der gute MV ja wieder einmal ganz schön vom Leder gezogen. Und dann die Entschuldigung: "Ups! Ich bin ja auf die Leute bei Paramount und Universal angewiesen... Entschuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuldigung *Heul!*" Noch lustiger sind aber die ganzen LLL-Arschkriecher. Was für eine Speichelleckerei. Zum Totlachen! Meine Güte! Wenn es mit den Titeln nicht klappt, die er rausbringen will, dann muß er eben das nehmen, was er bekommt. Tut er das auch nicht, kann er seinen Laden bald wirklich dicht machen.

Mist! Von Warner fehlt mir zwar eigentlich nichts mehr und den Rest bastel ich mir selbst zusammen. Aber von Disney und Universal ist soviel offen, was mich interessiert.

Würde mich wirklich mal interessieren, was dieses Jahr noch so alles von den Labels erscheinen soll. Ich habe erst zwei Soundtracks für mich gekauft und die waren nicht einmal Neuerscheinungen. Aber wenn "The Rock" tatsächlich neu rauskommt, dann stehen die Chancen für einen kompletten "King Arthur"-Score m. E. wesentlich höher. Da fehlten ca. 25 Minuten und das war wirklich gutes Zeug.

Woran machst Du das fest? Eine Vermutung deinerseits? Und wann sollen die Soundtracks erscheinen?

"The Rock" war auch mein erster Gedanke, als ich die Reihenfolge der Komponisten sah. Ich denke, daß es der Soundtrack wohl wird. Wundert mich aber, weil es ja ein Disney-Titel ist. Und bis auf ein paar ruhige Stücke will mir gar nichts einfallen, was auf dem alten Album fehlen könnte. Aber genau das ist für mich ein Kaufgrund.
