FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE // BURBANK, CA - In celebration of the 75th Anniversary of BATMAN, Warner Brother Pictures and Warner Archives are putting together the ultimate soundtrack fan box set: BATMAN (1989 - 1997): THE ULTIMATE STUDIO ARCHIVES COLLECTOR'S EDITION. Featuring all of the music recorded for BATMAN (1989) and BATMAN RETURNS (1992), composed by Danny Elfman, as well as BATMAN FOREVER (1995) and BATMAN AND ROBIN (1997), composed by Elliot Goldenthal, this 19-CD set is sure to please eager Batman and film score fans alike.

Transferred from the original vault elements contained in the Warner Bros. archives, each film score has been presented on CD in the purest form possible, in a manner that will satisfy the most ardent fans of the Elfman and Goldenthal scores. This release is the ultimate hands-on film score package - now you can finally put together the BATMAN score albums you've always dreamed of having!

Limited to 14,999 units and packaged in a gorgeous 11 1/2" x 8" x 3" box (the same size as Warner Home Video's Ultimate Collector's Edition Blu-ray sets), the discs are housed in thin cardboard sleeves for optimal storage along with other collectibles. BATMAN (1989 - 1997): THE ULTIMATE STUDIO ARCHIVES COLLECTOR'S EDITION will be released on June 23, 2014, exactly 25 years after Tim Burton's BATMAN was released in theaters in 1989.

BATMAN (1989) - Music by Danny Elfman
- 4 CDs containing all of the recorded takes for the film, lovingly downsampled to 16-bit, 44.1kHz for Red Book Audio Standards, completely unmastered, retaining all of the original slates.
- A replica of Shirley Walker's baton used for conducting the score

BATMAN RETURNS (1992) - Music by Danny Elfman
- 5 CDs containing all of the recorded takes for the film, lovingly downsampled to 16-bit, 44.1kHz for Red Book Audio Standards, completely unmastered, retaining all of the original slates.
- A replica of a score sheet from the first cue of the film, autographed by Danny Elfman!

BATMAN FOREVER (1995) - Music by Elliot Goldenthal
- 4 CDs containing all of the recorded takes for the film, lovingly downsampled to 16-bit, 44.1kHz for Red Book Audio Standards, completely unmastered, retaining all of the original slates.
- A reproduction of the floppy disc containing the first cue of the film, from Elliot Goldenthal's personal archive

BATMAN & ROBIN (1997) - Music by Elliot Goldenthal
- NEVER BEFORE RELEASED IN ANY FORM!
- 5 CDs containing all of the recorded takes for the film, lovingly downsampled to 16-bit, 44.1kHz for Red Book Audio Standards, completely unmastered, retaining all of the original slates.
- A letter of apology from Joel Schumacher, written exclusively for this collection

BONUS MATERIAL DISC
- An exclusive CD disc containing rare recordings of spotting notes, in which you can hear director Tim Burton and composer Danny Elfman discuss their approach to the scores. There are also some recorded demos, including Danny Elfman's alternate CATWOMAN theme, and Elliot Goldenthal's original falsetto demo where he sings the operatic part for MR. FREEZE's wife for director Joel Schumacher.

Gut für meinen juvenilen Fäkalhumor in dem fürs Gacki und den Furz genausoviel Platz ist wie für Muschi und Schniedelwutz.
